How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request. If approved, we'll email you with return authorization and shipping instructions.

Package & Ship
Securely pack the undamaged product and ship it to the address provided in your approval email.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund minus the 25% restocking fee.
