Pentastar Cartridge to Spin-On Oil filter adapter fits 2011-2013 3.2 and 3.6-liter Pentastar engines. Cartridge Filters have no anti-drainback valve. This product provides faster oil pressure at startup by keeping the upper oil system flooded. The adapter contains full flow check valve and unique threaded locking mechanism. Utilizes Schrader valve for oil evacuation when removing spin-on filter. Made and patented in USA.

Pentastar 3.6L 2011-2013 MS-101-BK Cartridge to Spin-on Adapter

Length of ownership: 1 day-1 week

Pros: It always pained me every time the Jeep started. I knew what the rattle was on start up. No oil pressure for that 3-4 seconds. Finally a solution. Installation was very straightforward and not difficult. Thank you for a well designed solution for this engine.
